In 2015 I made a commitment to start living a more healthy lifestyle.  As the # of kids in my life grew, so did my waist line.  Usually around 220 pounds, in January 2015 I had ballooned to over 240.  I set some crazy goals and wanted to be a better example to my 3 boys.
